Delete Your Primal Account

This page explains how to delete your account and data in Primal: Daily Discipline, developed by Yavuz Kuş.

Option 1: Delete in the app

1. Open Primal and sign in.
2. Tap the settings button on the home screen → Delete Account.
3. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted right away.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can’t access the app, send an email to [email protected] from the email address linked to your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile (name, email, user ID)
• Your progress: level, EXP, stats, tasks, streaks, challenges and relics
• Your app settings and preferences

What may be kept

• Purchase and subscription records kept by the App Store, Google Play and our payment provider, for legal and tax reasons.
• Backups may hold your data for up to 30 days before it is permanently erased.

Important: Deleting your account does not cancel your Primal Pro subscription. Cancel it first. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Primal → Cancel Subscription. On Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Primal → Cancel.

We may also keep messages you sent us through the app, and anonymous usage statistics and crash reports that are not linked to your name or email.
